Our standards
Expert care you can rely on
Your care is led by a registered nurse, so you and your family can relax knowing you’re in safe hands.
- Our registered nurse visits you at home to understand your needs before care begins.
- We review your care plan with you at least every three months, and whenever your needs change.
- Every carer is screened and trained, and our nurse checks their skills before they care for you.
- With your permission, our nurse keeps in touch with your doctor and other health professionals.

- We take the time to learn how you like things done, and write it into your plan.
- Your choices are respected, including your right to take the risks that matter to you.
- You’ll see familiar faces: a small team, introduced to you before they visit.
- We never cancel a visit without agreeing an alternative with you.
